Strengthening Our Ecosystem: Introducing Celona’s New Tiered Partner Program

One of the keys to Celona’s success has been the strength of our partner ecosystem. With more than 200 partners worldwide — from value-added distributors to global systems integrators — this community has been essential in helping enterprises adopt private 5G and accelerate their AI transformation journey.

Building on this foundation, and on the global channel program we announced last fall, we’re introducing a new tiered partner program designed to better align with the needs of our growing ecosystem, recognize commitment, and deliver even greater value to customers.

Why Now

As our business scales and the adoption of private 5G gains momentum, partner expectations are rising. They want programs that go beyond access to innovative technology, delivering lasting value through training, certifications, and clear growth paths. That’s exactly why we’ve made these changes.

A Clear Path to Growth

The new program is structured around four tiers that reflect different levels of engagement and expertise: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Global. Each tier provides incremental benefits and expectations, with badges that reflect a partner’s level of achievement and commitment within the program:

  • Silver partners gain foundational support through Celona and our value-added distributors (VADs), with access to training and the resources needed to launch their journey.
  • Gold partners build on this foundation with deeper training, certifications, and lab requirements — along with expanded co-investment and sales enablement from Celona.
  • Platinum partners demonstrate advanced expertise, with the ability to source, lead, close, and support customers independently. In addition to Gold benefits, they receive early product access, Celona engineering engagement, beta testing opportunities, and eligibility for the invitation-only VAD program.
  • Global partners represent those with broad reach, proven delivery at scale, and the ability to support enterprise customers worldwide.

At every level, the program emphasizes knowledge, certification, and achievement as the foundation of a sustainable, repeatable practice.

Specialization Badges

Beyond tier recognition, the program also offers specialization badges that highlight technical proficiency and proven capabilities in specific areas. These give partners the opportunity to showcase unique strengths that set them apart:

  • A Managed Services badge demonstrates expertise in managed service delivery
  • A Security badge represents expertise in integrating Celona solutions within enterprise-grade security frameworks, including security assessment and design.

Together, specialization badges and tier recognition give customers confidence that Celona-certified partners have both the breadth and depth of expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What It Means for Customers

For enterprises, this program provides confidence. By working with certified Celona partners, customers know they’re engaging with organizations that understand our value proposition, have met rigorous training requirements, and can support deployments end-to-end.

This consistency ensures enterprises receive a unified message about the benefits of private 5G — and have trusted partners who can design, deploy, and manage networks that deliver measurable value.

Looking Ahead

At Celona, we recognize that the only way to scale our business is with our channel partners. This program is designed to evolve over time based on feedback from our ecosystem, and we know the best way to get it right is by listening.

To support that commitment, we’re introducing a more organized methodology for gathering input through our new Partner Advisory Council (PAC). The first PAC meeting will happen this fall during our annual Celona Frequency Partner Summit.
