Responsibilities

The Basics

Responsible for system testing and system QA for 4G/5G and solution integration

What's Involved?

Research, design, and develop automated test frameworks to drive test automation goals of the RAN product and to support continuous integration and regression testing
Design and implement automated test flows from Dev to Integration to Production
Responsible for reviewing the requirements, architecture and design documents to come up with the test strategy and test case documents to test the architected system end to end
Responsible for the execution of test cases in all areas of the system including functional, system, scaling, throughput, stress and performance testing
Responsible for monitoring the test coverage and reporting per release
Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan
Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross-functional teams from System Engineering and Development to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

Passionate and knowledgeable of QA processes and methodology, with ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases, perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation
Experience maintaining and scaling automation infrastructure
Experience with setting up Continuous Integration platforms e.g. Jenkins
Experience in one or more scripting languages
Strong knowledge in 4G/5G air interface protocols and network architectures
Self-starter with experience in all aspects of RAN system testing activities such as feature validation and performance analysis
Understanding of HW as well as SW architecture
Experience with test tools like signal analyzers, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulator, Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators, ue simulators
Bachelor Degree is EE/CS
Would thrive on a small engineering team and is excited to solve open ended problems across the stack
