Field & Channel Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic team member for our growth marketing team to drive Celona field and channel marketing activities across the United States.

You will be one of our thought leaders and contributors in driving our efforts to ensure we are creating, enabling and executing successful marketing programst hat generate leads and pipeline with our field sales teams and through our channel partners.


  • Build targeted field marketing plans and programs, with defined KPI with the goals of optimizing program performance to ensure pipeline/lead targets are met
  • Be able to work with a cross-functional team to plan & execute regional field and channel campaigns, and define metrics to analyze and track program success
  • Develop the first line of account based marketing (ABM) activities in close partnership with corporate and field sales leadership
  • Develop and build close relationships with key partners and distributors within the region with the goal of strategically marketing Celona products
  • Partner on the design and development of comprehensive assets and unique content built for your local markets and verticals
  • Align marketing with sales to ensure campaigns are synchronized with sales strategy, corporate goals and priorities
  • Execute regional webinar / webcasts, publish newsletters, and event management of regional industry, partner and customer events
  • Providing regular updates, performance metrics and insights on field and channel marketing plans and results

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • B.A or B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
  • 3-5+ years of experience in field and channel marketing program management and execution, preferably within the IT networking and enterprise software industry
  • Additional sales experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of channel routes to market and channel enablement
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and outreach specifically in the US
  • Proven track record delivering integrated demand generation campaigns to both end customers and the channel
  • Experience with online and offline event management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner and with key stakeholders
  • Confident and engaging personality to work with sales and marketing teams
  • Ability to create and successfully implement marketing programs and projects
  • Strong organizational and event management skills
  • A high energy “doer"
