Lead Sales Engineer - Service Provider

Celona Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer Service Provider in Campbell, CA. This role will be responsible for demonstrating Celona’s private 5G LAN to mobile network service providers and partners in enterprise sectors and support Celona channel partners to sell to its customers.

      

  • Independently build long term relationships and be seen and treated by Celona service providers and channel partners as a trusted and valued resource
  • Facilitate new client engagements and create sales or service contracts for product services 
  • Coordinate timelines and client expectations related to product demonstrations and deliverables, including technical product presentations and/or training sessions to technical and product groups of service providers and channel partners
  • Develop pre-sales support material and documentation for new products and features
  • Initiate and manage multiple proofs of concepts, working directly with the corporate technical, product, and development teams to define and specify product and market requirements 
  • Drive the adoption of Celona solutions within accounts, expanding usage across departments within organizations. Translate product/technical features into value drivers
  • Develop and maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends
  • Leverage knowledge of a domain or industry to align Celona’s value to the customers’ business and technical problems
  • Work with different Celona stakeholders to assess business needs during pre-sales and post-sales processes

Responsibilities

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or any related Engineering or IT field of study, plus at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or any related position(s).
  • In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or any related Engineering or IT field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any related position(s).

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, knowledge, skill, and experience with the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and building carrier grade 4G and/or 5G networks.
  • Mobile/Cellular Network Architecture (4G & 5G) and O-RAN
  • 5G-SA/NSA Radio Access Network & Core Network architectures
  • Demonstrated experience deploying, optimizing, and monitoring live cellular networks
  • L2 and L3 networking technologies, including Switching, VLANs, 802.11, and Routing
  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure with Kubernetes
  • RF design and wireless communications operations

Offered Salary: $185,723 per year
