Order Management Specialist

Celona is looking for Logistics Specialist to join Operations organization. You would be responsible for managing end-to-end customer order fulfillment process, building relationship and serving as a single point of contact with 3PL vendors, and administering reverse logistics for product returns. An ability to proactively identify and address areas of improvement in the rapidly growing environment combined with attention to the detail and customer obsession would make you an ideal candidate for this role.


  • Manage end-to-end order lifecycle
  • Monitor open customer orders and schedule them for shipping
  • Initiate and manage the issuance of work orders to 3PL
  • Supervise order status at 3PL to ensure order accuracy and timely shipment
  • Address exceptions and resolve problems (i.e. reroute requests, delayed delivery, etc.)
  • Work with 3PL to drive continuous process improvements and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to prioritize, schedule and release open orders in accordance with both customer requirements and internal policies
  • Manage RMA / reverse logistics and keep track of inventory shipped to the customers for product evaluation
  • Coordinate export / import process and prepare documentation for the international orders to ensure that all compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain internal systems (SFDC, SaaSOptics) with up-to-date orders information
  • Track status of inbound shipments and coordinate receiving inventory at 3PL
  • Create & maintain documentation / training materials on the 3PL processes, internal policies, etc.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • BS / BA degree inLogistics / Order Management or related field of study
  • 3+ years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MSOffice and SFDC
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy data entry skills

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience with global logistics management, including IOR, VAT rules/regulations
  • ‘Customer first’ attitude and high sense of urgency
  • Ideas on how you'd perform your role from the North Pole
