Celona is hiring an outbound SDR for the next phase of its growth: an energetic team member for our growth marketing team to drive engagement with brand new leads towards first meetings with field sales teams in the United States. You will be one of the key contributors to the pipeline growth for Celona's sales efforts by ensuring that we are reaching out the right customer profiles, across critical vertical segments and with messages that convert.

Job #1 for this role would be to drive highest levels of conversion rates in shortest amount of time from lead to first customer meetings - given a previously agreed upon strategies across marketing and sales teams. All that's done within this role should have a long term view into setting targets that go beyond previous or next week's metrics in conversions and total meetings booked. With your support, Celona's field sales teams will create the opportunities to expand their reach within the fast growing private 5G market.

In this position, you will directly report to the Director of Growth Marketing. You will engage with Celona's field sales teams on topics ranging from targeted customer lists to key messages to focus on during customer outreach efforts. Your ability to translate Celona's go-to-market priorities and product message to brand new audiences that value use cases powered by Celona's technology would be key factors in your success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a great customer experience for Celona's prospective customers at every touch
  • Collaborate alongside field and channel sales to always optimize against the right audience
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up tactics
  • Leverage email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to engage and qualify prospects
  • Maintain a high touch cold calling calendar for marketing qualified or raw leads
  • Keep track of conversion rates when compared to messaging, across verticals and lead scores
  • Define measure of success in customer outreach efforts against Celona's go-to-market priorities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via email, phone and video calls
  • Conduct qualification meetings with new prospects that might be marketing qualified or raw leads
  • Accurately maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce and SalesLoft
  • Analyze sales data against metrics for success and recommend new outreach strategies
  • Review status towards success metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Work with the growth marketing team to improve external communication tactics and message
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets that are set based on quota targets
  • Develop a passion for Celona's technology and the ability to educate customers about the industry
  • Develop a keen understanding of the Celona product and value proposition, as well as sales skills
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns in alignment with growth marketing efforts
  • Be diligent around Salesforce hygiene to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness in measuring success

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of inbound and outbound SDR experience in cloud/SaaS startups
  • Ability to create messaging, audience profiles, customer outreach plans from scratch
  • Ability to come up with improvements to tools used in supporting the sales funnel
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with attention to grammar and tone
  • Clear communication skills with a deep sense of empathy towards customer's needs
  • An analytical thinker who can move past data and recognize insights
  • A self starter who can quickly change what's broken to maximize results
  • A commitment to acquiring new knowledge and learning new skills
  • A true team player who is open to direct feedback from teammates
