Led by two new investors, NTTVC and Qualcomm Ventures, we have closed our Series B round of $30 million in additional financing. As a team, we feel lucky to work closely with Vab Goel and Fay Hazaveh Costa from NTTVC and Alexandre Villela from Qualcomm Ventures.
Along with support from existing investors, Arif Janmohamed at Lightspeed Venture Partners, Matt Howard at Norwest Venture Partners and Shirish Sathaye at Cervin Ventures, these new partnerships clearly signal broad support and validation of what we believe is a foregone market reality: the integration of private LTE/5G technology within the enterprise.
This is one of the most profound market developments we’ve seen over the last several decades in enterprise networking. It’s not since the introduction of Wi-Fi that new spectrum, such as CBRS in the United States, been made so widely available for enterprise deployments. There’s no question that the market is at an inflection point as companies look to execute a 5G strategy within their existing IT framework.
And this is only the beginning.
With the support from our investors, community and partners, we believe that we are uniquely positioned to usher in a new era of enterprise mobility. For the first time, we are bringing together cutting edge cellular wireless technology with enterprise IT and cloud infrastructures.
